Excellent and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were accommodating, and it had amazing location in the middle of jackson. The room was bright and huge, had smoke detectors for the safety. Amazing food for breakfast, loved it.

The double room had a cozy bed along with satellite TV, AC, and a personal safe. 🛏️ They served loads of delicious food. the staff here are super friendly and were always quick to help with anything I needed.

Rooms were big and had all amenities. The location was great, near the metro and shops. , the staff was friendly and helped us with our luggage.
We were disappointed that the bathroom did not have a shower curtain, which resulted in water splashing all over the floor. the noise from the nearby road was unbearable at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

We had a great city trip and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. We received complimentary snacks on check-in and daily smiles and helpfulness from receptionists throughout our stay. the hotel was in a great location, close to shops and pubs. We also enjoyed the comfort of our room.
The street noise was loud late at night, making it difficult to sleep. the room was not as clean as we would have liked upon arrival, but the staff quickly rectified the situation.
